After we review your information, a detailed invoice will be sent
via email.
Once you review your invoice and the payment has been made,
ship or drop off your shoes to
our store.

Please DO NOT ship shoes in their original box. Place shoes in separate shipping box.
Once we've completed cleaning your shoes, you'll receive a notification. We'll then set up a pickup time or ship them back to the return address, with an estimated arrival of 3-5 business days
at your door!
